Programs and rundown
How to set up the event schedule and session rundown.
Programs and rundown give your event a structured schedule. Programs define the tracks or session categories, while the rundown fills in the actual timeline.

Programs
Programs are the high-level tracks of your event (e.g., "Main Stage", "Workshop Room A", "Seminar Hall").
- Open your event and go to Content > Programs
- Click Create to add a new program
- Give it a name and description
- Click Save
Rundown
The rundown is the detailed timeline: what happens, when, and where.
- Go to Content > Rundown
- Click Create to add a time slot
- Fill in the session title, start/end time, description, and which program it belongs to
- Click Save
Reordering
Sessions sort by time automatically. You can also drag and drop to fine-tune the display order within the same time block.
How it appears on the website
The event website displays the rundown as a timeline grouped by program. Visitors can filter by track to find sessions they care about.

Q: Can I assign speakers to a session?
Speaker management is handled through the Guests and speakers section. You can reference speakers in your session descriptions.
