Event gallery
How to upload and manage event photos.
The gallery section lets you upload photos for your event. These appear on the event website's gallery page.

Uploading photos
- Open your event and go to Content > Gallery
- Click Upload or drag files into the upload area
- You can upload multiple images at once
Images are automatically resized into responsive versions for fast loading on the event website.
Managing the gallery
- Reorder images by dragging them into your preferred sequence
- Delete images by selecting them and clicking delete
- Bulk upload by selecting multiple files at once
Common questions
Q: What image formats are supported?
JPG, PNG, and WebP. For best results, upload high-resolution photos (at least 1200px wide). The system generates smaller versions automatically.
Q: Is there a limit on how many photos I can upload?
There is no hard limit, but keep it practical. Large galleries take longer to load on the event website.
