How to see what products and services are available to order for your booth.

The event organizer sets up a catalog of products and services you can order for your booth: electricity, furniture, signage, badges, and more. Browse the catalog before placing your order.

Viewing products

  1. Navigate to your brand-event
  2. Go to the Orders or Order form section
  3. You will see the product catalog organized by category

Each product shows its name, description, unit price, and tax rate.

Product categories

Products are grouped by category (e.g., "Electrical", "Furniture", "Signage"). Browse by category to find what you need.

Pricing

Prices are listed before tax. The tax rate is shown per product and gets calculated when you add items to your order.

Order period

The event organizer sets a window during which you can place orders. Check the order form page for deadline information. Late orders may incur penalty fees.

Common questions

Q: I do not see any products.

The product catalog might not be set up yet for your event. Contact the event organizer.

Q: Can I request a product that is not listed?

Contact the event organizer directly for special requests. The catalog contains standard offerings.
