Inbox

How to view and manage contact form submissions from event websites.

When visitors fill out the contact form on your event website, their submissions land in the Inbox. You can read, respond to, and manage these from here.

Viewing submissions

  1. Go to Inbox in the sidebar
  2. You will see a list of submissions sorted by date (newest first)
  3. Click any submission to read the full message

Each submission shows the sender's name, email, subject, message, and which event website it came from.

Updating status

Submissions have statuses to help you track follow-up:

  • New - unread submission
  • Read - you have seen it
  • Replied - you have responded (tracked manually)
  • Archived - no further action needed

Update the status from the submission detail page.

Deleting submissions

Delete unwanted submissions (spam, duplicates) from the list. Deleted items go to the trash, where you can restore or permanently remove them.

Exporting

Click Export to download all submissions as a spreadsheet. You can filter before exporting to get a specific subset.

Common questions

Q: Do visitors get an auto-reply when they submit the form?

That depends on your event website's configuration. PM One stores the submission; email responses are handled separately.

Q: Can I see which event a submission came from?

Yes. Each submission includes the event and project it originated from.
