Configuration options
Instructions
Write instructions that appear at the top of the order form. Use this to explain the ordering process, payment terms, or any special requirements.
Order period
Set the start and end dates for when exhibitors can place orders. Outside this window, the order form is locked.
Deadlines
Define order deadlines with associated conditions. For example, orders placed after a certain date might incur a late fee.
Penalty rates
Set penalty percentages for late orders. This rate gets applied to orders submitted after the deadline.
Discount policies
Configure whether discounts are available, and if so, what types (fixed amount, percentage) and who can apply them.
Common questions
Q: Can exhibitors still view the order form after the deadline?
They can view their existing orders, but they cannot create new ones or modify submitted orders after the order period ends.
Q: Where do exhibitors see the instructions?
Instructions appear at the top of the order form in the exhibitor dashboard, before the product listing.
