Account setup and login

How to access your exhibitor account and log in for the first time.

You received an email invitation from the event organizer with your login credentials. This guide walks you through your first login and account setup.

Your first login

  1. Open the link from your invitation email
  2. Enter your email address and the password provided
  3. Click Sign In

If your invitation included a temporary password, you will want to change it after logging in (see below).

Google sign-in

If you prefer, you can sign in with Google using the Sign in with Google button. Use the same email address that received the invitation.

Changing your password

  1. Click your avatar in the top-right corner
  2. Go to Settings > Password
  3. Enter your current password, then your new password
  4. Click Update password

Switching language

PM One supports English and Chinese for exhibitors. To switch:

  1. Look for the language icon in the header bar
  2. Click it and select your preferred language
  3. The interface updates right away

Common questions

Q: I did not receive an invitation email.

Check your spam folder. If it is not there, contact the event organizer and ask them to resend or share the login URL and credentials directly.

Q: I forgot my password.

Click Forgot password on the login page. Enter your email address and you will receive a reset link.

Q: Can I create my own account?

Exhibitor accounts are created by the event organizer. You cannot self-register as an exhibitor.
