Managing tickets

How to create and manage ticket types for your event.

Tickets define the admission types available for your event. Each ticket type has its own name, description, and details that appear on the event website.

Creating a ticket type

  1. Open your event and go to Content > Tickets
  2. Click Create
  3. Fill in the ticket name, description, price info, and any relevant details
  4. Click Save

Tickets show up on your event website's ticket section, giving visitors the information they need to register or purchase.

Editing tickets

Click any ticket in the list to update its details. Changes reflect on the event website as soon as you save.

Reordering

Drag and drop ticket types to control the order they appear on the website.

Common questions

Q: Does PM One handle ticket sales or payments?

No. PM One manages ticket information (names, descriptions, links). Actual sales happen through whatever ticketing platform you link to.

Q: Can I hide a ticket type without deleting it?

Delete it and restore from trash when you need it again, or edit the description to indicate it is sold out.
