Tracking order status
How to check your order's operational and payment status.
After you submit an order, the event organizer processes it. You can check the status anytime from your brand-event page.

Viewing your orders

- Click any order to see its details
Status types
Each order has two status indicators:
Operational status
- Pending - order received, not yet processed
- In Progress - the organizer is working on it
- Completed - order fulfilled
Payment status
- Unpaid - payment not received
- Partially Paid - partial payment received
- Paid - full payment received
Order details
The detail page shows your line items, quantities, prices, taxes, discounts, and the total amount. You can refer back to this for payment and reconciliation.
Common questions
Q: How do I make a payment?
Payment methods are handled outside PM One. Check with the event organizer for bank transfer details or other payment options.
Q: My order status has not changed in a while.
Contact the event organizer to check on your order's progress.
