Profile and settings
How to update your name, avatar, password, and appearance preferences.
Your profile is what other team members see when they look you up. Settings control your password and how the app looks.

Editing your profile
- Click your avatar in the top-right corner
- Select Profile from the dropdown
- Update any of these fields: display name, phone number, job title, company name, bio, and social links
- Upload a new avatar by clicking the photo area
- Click Save
Your avatar shows up next to your posts, comments, and activity entries across PM One.
Changing your password
- Go to Settings > Password from the sidebar or your avatar dropdown
- Enter your current password
- Enter and confirm your new password
- Click Update password
If you signed up with Google and never set a password, you will see a "set password" form instead.
Appearance
Go to Settings > Appearance to toggle between light mode, dark mode, or system default. The change applies right away.
Common questions
Q: I forgot my password and can't log in.
Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page. You will receive a reset link by email.
Q: Can I change my email address?
Email changes are not self-service. Ask your admin to update it for you.
