How to create promotional content for your brand on the event website.
Promotion posts let you showcase your products, services, or brand story on the event website. Visitors browsing your brand page will see these posts with images and descriptions.

Creating a post
- Navigate to your brand-event (from the dashboard or brand page)
- Go to the Promotion posts section
- Click Create
- Add a caption or description
- Upload one or more images
- Click Save
Your post goes live on the event website after saving.
Post limit
The event organizer may set a maximum number of promotion posts per brand. Check your dashboard to see how many posts you have created vs. the allowed limit.
If you have reached the limit, delete an existing post to make room for a new one.
Writing good captions
Keep captions short and specific. Describe what is in the image, what product or service it represents, and why a visitor should care. Avoid generic marketing language.

Q: Can I edit a post after publishing it?
Yes. Click the post to edit its caption or images.
Q: How long does it take for my post to appear on the website?
Posts appear as soon as you save them. The event website may cache content briefly, so allow a few minutes.
