Managing promotion images
How to upload, replace, and organize images in your promotion posts.
Each promotion post can have multiple images. Good photos make your brand stand out on the event website.

Uploading images
When creating or editing a promotion post:
- Click the image upload area
- Select one or more images from your device
- The images upload and preview immediately
You can upload multiple images per post. They display as a gallery on the event website.
Replacing an image
Click the image you want to replace, then upload a new one. The old image is removed and the new one takes its place.
Removing an image
Click the delete button on any image thumbnail to remove it from the post.
Image recommendations
- Use high-resolution photos (at least 1200px wide)
- Square images work best for consistent display
- JPG and PNG formats are supported
- Keep file sizes under 5MB for faster upload
- Use well-lit, clear product photos rather than text-heavy graphics
The system automatically creates multiple sizes of each image for fast loading on different devices.
Common questions
Q: My image looks cropped on the website.
The event website may crop images to fit a consistent aspect ratio. Upload square images to avoid unexpected cropping.
Q: Is there a limit on how many images per post?
There is no strict per-post limit, but keep it practical. A few strong images work better than many weak ones.
