Viewing events and booth details
How to see which events your brand is participating in and your booth information.
When your brand is registered for an event, you can view the event details and your booth assignment from the exhibitor dashboard.

Your events
From the dashboard, each card represents one brand-event. Click a card to see:
- Event name and dates
- Venue information
- Your booth number, type, and size
- Fascia name - the name on your booth signage
- Badge name - the name on your exhibitor badges
Booth information
Booth details (number, type, size, location) are set by the event organizer. If anything looks wrong, contact them directly to get it corrected.
Custom fields
Some events collect extra information from exhibitors through custom fields. If you see additional form fields on your booth profile, fill them in as requested.
Common questions
Q: Can I change my booth type or location?
No. Booth assignments are managed by the event organizer. Reach out to them for changes.
Q: Where can I see the floor plan?
PM One does not display floor plans. Check with the event organizer for a floor plan document.
