Viewing required documents
How to see which documents and agreements you need to complete for an event.
Each event has rules and documents that exhibitors must acknowledge or submit before the event. Your dashboard tracks which ones are done and which need attention.

Types of documents
Event rules
These are agreements you need to accept. Read the terms and check the box to confirm. Examples: exhibition rules, safety regulations, insurance requirements.
Operational documents
These require you to upload files or fill in information. Examples: permits, insurance certificates, floor plan submissions.
Status indicators
Each document shows whether it is:
- Pending - you have not completed it yet
- Completed - you have agreed or submitted
Your dashboard progress bar reflects how many documents you have completed.
Common questions
Q: Why do some documents not apply to me?
Documents can be set to apply only to certain booth types. You only see documents relevant to your booth.
Q: A document I already agreed to is showing as pending again.
The event organizer may have updated the document content. When rules change, you need to review and re-agree.
