Completing your profile
How to fill in your personal details so the event organizer can identify you.
The event organizer needs your contact details for badge printing, communication, and event coordination. Complete your profile early so nothing holds up the process.

Editing your profile
- Click your avatar in the top-right corner
- Select Profile from the dropdown
- Fill in: display name, phone number, job title, and company name
- Upload a profile photo (optional but recommended for team identification)
- Click Save
Required fields
The dashboard marks your profile as incomplete if any of these are missing:
- Display name
- Phone number
- Job title
- Company name
Fill in all four and the profile status on your dashboard turns green.
Common questions
Q: Who can see my profile information?
The event organizer (staff) can see your profile. Other exhibitors cannot see your personal details.
Q: Can I update my profile later?
Yes. You can change your details anytime from the profile settings page.
