Your brand profile is what visitors see on the event website. Keep it up to date with your current logo, company description, and contact details.

Editing brand info
- Navigate to your brand (from the dashboard or brand list)
- Click Edit on the brand profile
- Update the fields you want to change:
- Company name
- Email and phone
- Address
- Website URL
- Business categories
- Click Save
Uploading a logo
Click the logo area to upload a new image. Use a square image for best results. The logo appears on the event website's exhibitor listing and your brand's detail page.
Writing your description
The description field uses a rich text editor. You can add formatted text, links, and images. This content appears on your brand's profile page on the event website.
Keep it concise. Visitors scanning the exhibitor list will read the first few lines before deciding to learn more.
Common questions
Q: When do changes appear on the event website?
Changes take effect as soon as you save. The event website may cache brand data for up to 24 hours, so updates could take a little while to show.
Q: Can I update my booth number?
No. Booth assignments (number, type, size) are managed by the event organizer. Contact them if your booth details are wrong.
