Managing partners
How to add and manage event sponsors and partners.
Partners are the sponsors, media partners, and supporting organizations listed on your event website. You manage them per event.

Adding a partner
- Open your event and go to Content > Partners
- Click Create
- Fill in the partner name, logo, website URL, and tier/category (e.g., "Gold Sponsor", "Media Partner")
- Click Save
Organizing partners
Partners display on the event website grouped by tier. Reorder partners within a tier by drag and drop. Reorder tiers by changing their sort order.
Editing and removing
Click a partner to edit. Use the delete button to remove one. Deleted partners disappear from the event website immediately.
Common questions
Q: Can a partner appear in multiple events?
Partners are event-specific. You will need to add them separately to each event.
