Checking status
From the dashboard
Your brand-event card shows a progress indicator for documents. A green checkmark means all documents are completed. Partial completion shows how many are left.
From the documents section
The full documents list shows the status of each individual document: completed or pending.
What to do if items are pending
- Open the pending document
- Follow the instructions (agree to rules or upload files)
- Submit
If you are unsure what a document requires, contact the event organizer for clarification.
Timeline
The event organizer may set deadlines for document completion. Check any deadline information displayed on the documents page or in communications from the organizer.
Completing documents early avoids last-minute stress and potential access restrictions.
