Dashboard overview
What you see when you log in, and how to read the stats on your dashboard.
Your dashboard is the first screen after login. It shows a snapshot of your projects, events, and recent activity so you can pick up where you left off.
What you will learn
- How to read the stats cards
- How to jump to your projects and events from the dashboard
The dashboard layout
Stats cards
The top row shows four cards:
- Total projects you have access to
- Active events across those projects
- Posts published
- Pending tasks assigned to you
Each card links to its respective section. Click a card to go straight there.
My projects
Below the stats, you will find a list of projects you belong to. Each project card shows its name, event count, and your role in it. Click any project to open its event list.
Recent activity
The bottom section logs recent changes across the system, things like new posts, updated events, or brand additions. This feed helps you spot what changed while you were away.
Writer dashboard
If your account has the Writer role, you will see a different layout focused on blog posts and web analytics instead of projects and events.
Common questions
Q: Why is my dashboard empty?
You probably haven't been added to any projects yet. Ask your admin to add you as a project member.
Q: Can I customize what the dashboard shows?
Not at this time. The dashboard displays a fixed set of stats based on your role and permissions.
